And as a quality auditor who has audited different kinds of companies and manufacturers, including supplements. I am glad that this product followed the GMP standards. Moreover, I have no adverse effects after taking it for more than two weeks. Recommendable.

Maybe you think this is a placebo effect after taking the supplement, but to me, it worked wonders. At first, after taking it over 2 weeks, I did not feel or see much difference, but after the continued use in the 3rd and 4th week, I could clearly see the reduction in forehead wrinkles aswell as the wrinkles in the corner of the eyes when I smile. Collagen is claimed to improve the elasticity of the skin and so reduce fine lines etc. and also help with joints. I find that there is some improvement in my skin, when I take collagen as a supplement, but the effects do diminish as soon as I stop taking them. I haven't however noticed any improvement in my joints, I quite like that these capsules also include vitamin C, although it is at a very small dosage, far less than I normally take. There are other ingredients including hyaluronic acid, but whether these are beneficial when taken orally and at the dosage included I really have no idea. It is worth pointing out that these are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. There are 120 capsules in the pack and the daily dose is 2 tablets per day, so 60 days supply. At the time of writing the price is £19.98 which equates to 33p/day. On a purely personal note, whilst this is not a huge amount, I would rather spend that money on a product such as Glucosamine which is recommended by doctors to improve joint health, over this which is at the end of the day a mostly cosmetic supplement.

I’ve had these a while now, I take them like cod liver oil capsules and have had no negative effects or feeling. I take them occasionally, as part of taking cod liver regiment for that extra benefit they provide. I’d say the quality is good, a quality brand and priced comparatively. It’s worth looking into.

£20 at time of review I’m just using this supplement for a week now, I’m not really sure if there’s already an effect on me but I feel like my skin glowing or maybe just placebo effect. Well since it’s good for 2months I’ll keep you posted and give you an update if it’s really effective or not. Although, looking at its nutritional information it definitely contains a lot of good stuff. Hyaluronic Acid, Riboflavin, Vitamin C & E and the Collagen all of this are really good for the skin. It does have high amount of collagen 1000mg which is good although I wish they added more on Vitamin E as it only contain 12mg. Hope my review was helpful

Easy to swallow capsules with extra vitamin C and E. Each serving is two capsules which means that at this price is about 33p per serving. That's not that expensive compared to similar products, expecially with the extra vitamins I think it is worth it.

These come from fish so are not suitable for vegetarians. The also supply you with a pretty hefty dose fo vitamins C and E. They are easy to swallow. They are made in the UK and Royal Oak is a brand I rate as they are high quality. I take collagen to support my fascia and would highly recommend you do the same!

This bottle contains 120 marine collagen capsules. They are easy enough to swallow too. I take one a day instead of two and I’ve noticed already that my hair is growing at double the speed, and so are my fingernails. I feel healthy and my skin is much improved too. Good value for the mg and I love the inclusion of vitamin C and E also.

I received this item through the Amazon Vine programme. Well made capsules, no broken ones or debris in the jar I received. At 1000mg per capsule they are stronger than most supplements generally available, and GMO free. Manufactured in the UK which is good to know. The capsules are standard sized, I had no problems swallowing them. Retailing at £19.98 for 120 capsules, approx 4 months supply, they are around market average for a higher-grade product: I find prices vary widely but a UK product is always likely to cost a bit more.

This product obviously isn’t suitable for vegetarians and vegans being marine collagen but they have used a vegetable capsule so no gelatine here is this is something you avoid. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your skin health.

These are a really good blend with everything I look for in a decent collagen complex like this and there are also no horrible aftertaste weird fishy burps after you take them like with some. These lasted just over two months for me and having finished them now can confirm they worked just as well as my others and had no problems or issues with them so for this price would recommend and get again.
